By austin, My husband and I have tried to get pregnant for long awhile and wasn't overly excited about infertility treatments (but were researching more about them). I researched a bunch of products and narrowed it downed to two and decided to try this one first. We both took them for 5 months. My husband loved the effects of taking them for him. I did see someone here post they had pains during their cycle...I had some of that too. It wasn't excruciating or anything, I just noticed some and more cramps than usual during my period. I guess I took that to mean it was balancing my hormones, ect... since there were differences. I only noticed this after the 3rd month. I was discouraged at first because I saw some people had written that it only took 3 months for them to get pregnant. I charted everything and noticed that my cycles were getting shorter (mine are typically longer and irregular). So after 4 months, I thought this might not be enough help for us.Then, I started getting a little nausea and a week after my chest was tender. Lo and behold, I'm pregnant!! Two months now and I really believe these products helped us. I did take about 1500mg of fish oil and prenatal vitamins too. I drank 64oz of water a day and was walking 2 miles everyday in order to lose a little weight too and relieve stress. It certainly could be a combination of all of the above...but I have done most of these things in the past without the herbs and never ended up pregnant. We're so excited and I think these are worth considering.
